已购票用户才使用演出换购价；商品结算采用 type=1 且不传顶层 amount，补齐非空图片；下单与预支付金额统一由 unitPriceYuan 转分；退款明细 type 与下单对齐；更新 dev/test 收钱吧应用配置。
